Deliveries

What is the delivery time for orders?

If nothing else has been mentioned, the products are made in 1-3 working days from the moment of the order. Therefore, the delivery time is approx. 3-5 working days from the order.

Do you offer faster delivery?

Depending on the time, we may be able to offer express delivery for the products. If the order is going as a gift and you need it urgently, contact us (email or whatsapp)before ordering.

Which company do you deliver with? Can I track my order?

We deliver orders with Matkahuolto or Posti. For Matkahuolto and Posti orders, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Do you have a store or resellers?

Nensa is an online store, we don't have retailers either.

Orders

Can I change my order?

You can change your order if we haven't started production. It may be that your order is already being prepared. Send a message now (by email or whatsapp) and we'll figure it out.

My order arrived, but it's wrong or damaged in transit?

We ask you to send a picture of the package and the product (by email or whatsapp). If you have received the wrong product, we will send you a new correct product. For example, if the frame is damaged, we can also send just the frame.

How and where are the products made?

The products are prepared, printed, framed and packed in Helsinki.

I would like a slightly different product. A map from your own place or different frames. Does it work?
